Security Practices

Clerato uses a controlled workflow for handling project data and documents. Specific security, data-handling and retention requirements are agreed before live client documents are accepted.

Controlled access

Access to project data is restricted to authorised users. Client data is logically separated within the application, with access controlled according to the relevant workspace and permissions.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

AI may support document processing, but it does not independently create the final delivered record. Every delivered record is subject to human review before release.

Defined data handling

The document transfer method, processing tools, retention period and access conditions are agreed for the engagement before live client data is processed.

Early pilots are designed to use bounded scope and do not require direct access to client production systems by default.

Client review

More detailed information about Clerato's application controls, data flow, processing providers and operating practices can be provided during client security or procurement review.
