This page describes, factually, how the Clerato marketing website (www.clerato.com and www.clerato.com/hu) handles visitor data. It is not a representation that the website is "GDPR compliant" or compliant with any other specific law — it is a description of actual practice.
It covers this public marketing website only. It does not cover app.clerato.com or the handling of client lease/document data, which is governed by a separate signed client agreement, not by this page.

2. Information collected through this website
This website has no sign-up form, no contact form, and no account system. The "Get in touch" / contact links open a mailto: link in your own email client — any message you send goes directly from your device to office@clerato.com. This website does not receive, log, or store the content of that message.
Where you make a cookie choice, this website stores your preference (see below). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may also process aggregate website usage data as described in the Cookie Policy.
The website and its hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information required to serve and protect the site, such as request, device and security-log data. Clerato does not use this information for advertising.

Analytics runs only if and while you have accepted analytics cookies, and without sending names, email addresses, form contents, lease or document information, or identifiable user IDs.
No advertising networks, no data brokers, and no sale or rental of visitor data.
5. Client lease and document data
If you are a Clerato client, the lease documents and data you share for processing are handled under your specific service agreement with Clerato, not through this website, and are not addressed by this page.
